Every build we deliver carries these promises — from fixed pricing through to statutory warranty.
Fixed-Price Quote
Every job starts with an itemised, fixed-price quote after a proper site visit. No 'from $X' teasers. No mid-build variations unless you request a change in writing. The number you sign is the number you pay.
On-Time Completion
We agree a written schedule with you before work starts, with clear milestones. If we miss an agreed milestone for reasons inside our control, we tell you upfront — and wear the cost of the delay.
QBCC Statutory Warranties
As a QBCC-licensed builder (#15544319), every residential build we deliver carries the statutory warranties required under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act — 6 years and 6 months for structural defects, 12 months for non-structural. These cannot be contracted out of.
Home Warranty Insurance
Residential work over the QBCC threshold is covered by the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme. Your home is protected against non-completion, defects, and insolvency risk for the full warranty period — not just on handover day.
One Point of Contact
You deal with the same person from first consultation to final handover. No phone tree, no 'someone will get back to you'. Project updates are direct and on the record.

Every trade on our sites is licensed, insured, and vetted. We work with a tight roster of subcontractors we trust — because the name on the contract is ours, and our reputation goes on every job.
Why you won't see prices on our website
A builder's website with fixed prices is usually telling you one of two things: either the builder has never stood on your block, or the real quote will look nothing like the number on the page.
- Every site is different. Soil, slope, access, setbacks, and existing structures all change the real cost — generic price lists mislead more than they help.
- A fixed quote means the site has been inspected and the design is finalised. That deserves a proper conversation, not a web-form number.
- We compete on quality and certainty, not bait pricing. Our quotes are detailed, transparent, and what you actually pay.
- If another builder's website shows a price without seeing your block, ask them what happens when reality disagrees with the catalogue.
